Proposal Engineer Role

This is a challenging opportunity to join our organization as a Proposal Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates for major projects.

  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to meet tender deadlines.
  • Review and interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
  • Collaborate with the Proposal/Sales Manager on technical and costing matters during contract acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) / BMS (Building Management Systems).
  • Strong analytical capability and keen attention to detail in calculations, checks, and summarising data.
