Guest Experience Ambassador

As a Senior Guest Service Assistant, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide exceptional service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to their complaints, requests, and enquiries.
Liaising with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office staff is crucial in ensuring efficient guest arrivals and departures. You will establish contact with house guests and long-staying guests, providing assistance as necessary.
Making courtesy calls to guests is essential in ensuring their satisfaction. Requisitioning and maintaining stock of promotional materials for daily operations is also a key responsibility.
Providing efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transport, and general enquiries is vital to our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements:
- O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to perform rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera system is advantageous.
