Restaurant Operations Leader
This role is responsible for leading a dynamic team in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintain high food quality standards.
- Develop monthly sales strategies and monitor performance across all outlets, ensuring strategic growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions that drive sales.
Operations Management:
- Lead the operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and effective manpower planning.
- Regularly review and evaluate standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity.
- Communicate with functional departments to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Staff Management and Development:
- Responsible for staff management, recruitment, and retention, as well as training and development programs.
- Manage inventory and stock levels at all outlets, executing action plans promptly.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, reviewing staff performance and providing advice for improvement.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in F and B operations.
- Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry and Restaurant Operations.
A successful candidate will have:
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience in restaurant operations or management.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
