F&B Operations Leadership Role
">- We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Operations Manager to spearhead our food and beverage team's day-to-day activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for forging strong partnerships with external suppliers, ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, and managing budgets to drive profitability.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to guarantee accurate stock levels and assist the operational team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of product range to maintain key quality standards.
- Act as a purchasing officer and budget controller for the restaurant, creating professional relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in planning and implementing new ideas and menu specifications, working closely with the food and beverage team.
- Provide leadership, counselling, advice, and feedback to peers.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have:
