Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team of food service professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to staff on food handling and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and checking of goods and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Promote and sell food and beverage items to customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage daily sales reports, maintaining accurate records and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Implement and maintain effective Safe Management Measures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, with a strong track record of leadership and teamwork.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a minimum of 6 working days per week.
  • Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional skills in coffee making and cooking are advantageous, but not essential.
