Delivering Empowerment Through Inclusive Services

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Programme Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement individualized care plans for clients with diverse needs, focusing on enhancing daily living skills and promoting community integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with caregivers to ensure comprehensive support for clients' growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Support clients in developing emotional maturity and fostering independence through empowerment-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy.
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to connect with clients, caregivers, and team members.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized, with adaptability and willingness to learn.
