We strive to transform lives through person-centered services that make a lasting impact. As a pioneer in promoting children and youth well-being, we are seeking a Programme Support Specialist to provide critical administrative support across all pillars.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
- Provide logistical support for team activities, including programme implementation and events.
- Maintain accurate data and documents in accordance with prevailing personal data protection guidelines.
- Collate and submit reports in compliance with programme requirements.
- Process claims and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with organisational standards.
- Team Enablement:
- Coordinate training schedules for team members in consultation with the Programme Lead.
- Facilitate onboarding for new staff, ensuring efficient administrative setup and orientation.
- Community Engagement:
- Assist in coordinating outreach and engagement events with community partners and agencies.
- Engage with stakeholders during events and activities to foster collaboration and inclusivity.
- Support advocacy initiatives aligned with our Awareness & Advocacy Pillar.
- Strategic Contributions:
- Participate in team discussions to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Contribute to operational improvements and assist with additional duties as assigned.
