Service Coordinator Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with volunteers, including recruitment, orientation, and guidance.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities such as annual retreats and appreciation events.
  • Maintain and evaluate volunteer contributions, implementing improvements where needed.
d'Klub Programme:
  • Engage and mentor children through tuition, character-building lessons, and life-skills activities.
  • Design and implement curriculum and activities with volunteers.
  • Organize outings and experiential learning opportunities for both children and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with schools, parents, and community partners to ensure holistic support.
Other Contributions:
  • Provide administrative support such as applications when required.
  • Support the Youth Department with programme administration and coordination.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree holder in Social Sciences or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in community services or working with children and youths.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with empathy.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with care.
  • Reliable team player who also thrives working independently.
