Programme Coordinator RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Programme Coordinator to join our team in delivering empowering programmes for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs). The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration, volunteer recruitment and selection, training programme facilitation, and manpower resource management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of programme activities ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate volunteer involvement in programmes, matching their skills and interests to suitable roles.
  • Facilitate training sessions for volunteers and provide necessary support.
  • Manage staff resources effectively to support programme goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in a related field with 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Social Service sector or programme management experience is highly desirable.
