MINDS is a leading charity in Singapore dedicated to empowering Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs) and enhancing their quality of life. As part of our mission, we are seeking an exceptional Programme Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of programmes ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities for volunteers, matching them to suitable programmes and clients based on programme requirements and volunteer interests and expertise.
  • Facilitate volunteer participation in training programmes, maintaining updated records and providing necessary support.
  • Manage manpower resources, planning and deploying staff to support programmes effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree with 1-2 years working experience in a related field.
  • Social Service sector or programme management experience is highly desirable.
