Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager.

  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage day-to-day restaurant operations, lead and coach front-of-house staff, and drive daily/weekly sales by optimizing upselling, promotions, and events.
  • As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing opening/closing duties, ensuring excellent service and smooth shifts, and upholding high-quality drink presentation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a hands-on approach, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead and coach front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize revenue through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Drive daily/weekly sales by optimizing upselling, promotions, and events, and collaborate with marketing to grow online reviews and local presence.
  • Jump behind the bar when needed to serve drinks with flair and speed, train bar staff on cocktail recipes and guest engagement, and uphold high-quality drink presentation and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in restaurant or bar management.
  • A passion for hospitality and high standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
