Our Expectations:

  • You'll be in charge of day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, taking a hands-on approach.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service and seamless shifts.
  • Oversee opening and closing duties, stock levels, cleanliness, and safety checks.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and speed.

Bartending & Experience:

  • Maintain a high level of drink quality and presentation by mixing signature cocktails when needed.
  • Train bar staff on cocktail recipes, hygiene standards, and guest engagement.

Revenue & Brand Growth:

  • Demonstrate expertise in driving sales through promotions, events, and efficient labor management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase online reviews, foot traffic, and local presence.
  • Monitor and achieve revenue targets, including cost of goods sold and labor efficiency.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management, with a bartending background.
  • A passion for hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and team motivation skills.
  • A keen eye for service details and proficiency in inventory management.
