We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Culinary Artisan to join our team in a world-class kitchen. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to elevate their career in a dynamic and award-winning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes, maintaining impeccable quality and consistency.
- Oversee designated sections of the kitchen, ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared and the team is organized, efficient, and productive.
- Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Chef de Partie to ensure smooth communication and teamwork within the kitchen, assisting other stations when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, ensuring that the kitchen is a safe and efficient working environment.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and understanding of Michelin-star kitchen standards.
