Key responsibilities include setting up workstations with ingredients and equipment, dressing dishes before serving, maintaining a sanitized and orderly environment, storing food and items properly, checking ingredient quality, monitoring stock and ordering when necessary, enforcing health and hygiene standards, and leading junior team members by example.
