We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare various pastries, desserts, and baked goods following standardized recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to recipe development and stay updated on industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas into the dessert menu.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency through regular inspections.
  • Supervise and train the pastry team, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure ingredient availability.
  • Oversight of pastry equipment maintenance, reporting issues and coordinating repairs.
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation standards, promoting proper hygiene practices.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen departments for smooth operations and communicate effectively with the culinary team.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address customer inquiries and recommend pastry items.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of the pastry team, implementing necessary changes to maintain exceptional standards.


Talent Profile:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Strong team player with a passion for Pastry.
  • Attention to detail.
