Job Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain and enhance manufacturing equipment systems for optimal productivity.
- Plan and manage equipment capacity to meet business projections, addressing constraints and implementing improvements as needed.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to boost productivity and product yields, while achieving maintenance KPIs and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and other operational issues to minimize disruptions.
- Support new equipment installations and commissioning processes.
- Lead projects for manufacturing equipment modifications and enhancements, as well as plant reliability initiatives.
- Provide support to daily operations to ensure meeting yield targets and output levels.
- Benchmark equipment technology advancements.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures.
- Handle customer audit exercises.
- Participate in special projects, engineering works, and duties assigned by department heads.
- Contribute to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
- Adhere to company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security policies and procedures.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Dicing, Die Attach, Wire Bonding, or Molding, Testing machines.
- Experience in IC assembly is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 QEMS implementation.
- Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance, MTBF, and MTTR concepts.
