Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in field service for industrial equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, installations, commissioning services, and troubleshooting for highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Health care environments.
The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will also be responsible for implementing Field Service Corrective Actions, conducting routine inspections to ensure that equipment complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards, and meeting key performance indicators assigned by management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide them with information about the condition of their equipment and upcoming maintenance needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of working experience in field service for industrial equipment
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
