About the Role

The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent downtime. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and part replacements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • Analyze equipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
