Job Title: Plant Operations Specialist

  • Ensuring Continuous Equipment Functionality

As a key member of our manufacturing team, the primary goal of the Plant Operations Specialist is to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of equipment and machinery within a production environment. This position involves conducting training for end-users, performing routine maintenance tasks, planning upgrades and repairs, identifying potential issues, and supervising contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive training on equipment operation and maintenance for production staff
  • Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on machinery used in production
  • Planning and executing tasks related to facilities management, including upgrading and repairing equipment
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance work performed
  • Identifying critical spare parts required for preventive maintenance
  • Monitoring equipment performance to predict potential failures and arrange for preventive repair or replacement
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and inventory
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures by all vendors
  • Overseeing contractors engaged in maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair in a manufacturing setting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building and managing manufacturing facilities
