Equipment Maintenance and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance and Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Job Duties- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Install and commission new equipment, and implement upgrades to existing systems.
- Analyze and optimize equipment processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of equipment maintenance procedures and protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as electronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years' experience in equipment maintenance and development, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with fab equipment and process control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
