Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including mechanical, electronic, and IT-based machines. Your strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems will enable you to provide effective support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of equipment, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any equipment-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and professional development to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in electronics and mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
