  • Menu Coordination: Work closely with chefs or dessert makers to maintain and improve product offerings. Suggest seasonal items and promotional ideas.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing requirements.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of sales, expenses, staff performance, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience in café, dessert shop, or pastry operations is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures.
  • CUSTOMER-FOCUSED WITH A STRONG SENSE OF HOSPITALITY
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Bonus Skills (Optional but Preferred):

  • Knowledge of trending desserts and market insights.
  • Basic barista or pastry-making skills.
  • Marketing or social media experience to promote the shop.
