Full-Time Crew Member

Job Description:

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will greet and assist customers with orders, scoop ice cream, and prepare waffles and toppings.

In addition to providing outstanding service, you will also handle online orders and ensure timely delivery arrangements. Your role will also involve operating the cashier and POS system for accurate billing.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is crucial in our fast-paced dessert restaurant environment. You will wash dishes, sanitize the kitchen, café floor, furniture, and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers.

Inventory management is another critical aspect of this role, where you will assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
