Job Title: Office Coordinator
Flo-Line Hydraulics Pte Ltd is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounts duties
- General office administration
- Issue tax invoices to customers
- Check and make payments to suppliers within company policy on payment terms
- Process outgoing payments and filing
- Manage cashflow and process expenses requests
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Work with auditor to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Responsible for costing and sales commission calculation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
