As a Director of Strategy Consulting, you'll play a critical role in growing our STG Strategy Consulting practice in Asia, based out of Singapore. You'll engage with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities, develop potential solutions, and oversee multiple projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the existing STG Strategy Consulting practice in Asia
  • Engage with clients to identify strategic needs and develop solutions
  • Oversee multiple projects within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Develop deep relationships with C-Suite executives and other critical team members
  • Leverage a global network of Aon STG colleagues, best practices, and assets to generate insights and solutions
  • Contribute to building high-performing teams across Asia, fostering a culture of development and learning
  • Coach and mentor team members in key consulting tools and methodologies
  • Assist in hiring and managing colleagues, supporting their career development
  • Contribute to STG brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, and presentations

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Asian insurance consulting market
  • Sales and delivery expertise in consulting
