Volunteer Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our volunteer programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in events and marketing, and excellent communication abilities.
About the Role:
The Volunteer Program Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our volunteer program. This includes managing volunteer deployments, logistics, registrations, refreshments, and on-site support. Additionally, the role involves creating engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns to promote volunteer participation and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate volunteer events and activities
- Manage volunteer deployments, including logistics and registrations
- Create engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns
- Analyze feedback from volunteers and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in events and/or marketing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
