Job Title: Volunteer Engagement Specialist Job Description:The Volunteer Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in building a strong, inclusive community through volunteering. This involves guiding youths to discover their strengths, encouraging active participation, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for growth. Through consistent engagement and reflection, the Volunteer Engagement Specialist helps youth build confidence, empathy, and a commitment to service, empowering them to contribute meaningfully to society.

 Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies to attract and engage diverse stakeholders from the public and private sectors.• Provide ongoing training and mentoring to youth, focusing on project planning, execution, and evaluation.• Build strong relationships with volunteers, understanding and addressing their needs, and providing opportunities for growth and development.• Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and events to foster collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving among volunteers.• Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records to ensure effective volunteer management. Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel as a Volunteer Engagement Specialist, you will need:• A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field (advantageous).• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational, administrative, and data management skills.• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and Excel.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Benefits:As a Volunteer Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while developing valuable skills and experience. Others:Please note that this is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.],
