Singapore Girl Guides Singapore Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Membership & Volunteer Engagement is an important aspect in Girl Guides as it plays a key role in engagement, awareness & collaboration for the growth of the organization.
As the membership and volunteer engagement senior executive in Girl Guides Singapore (GGS), your key responsibility sits with
- Development and Growth of members and volunteers
Engagement & Collaboration which may include projects & events pertaining to members.
Working in close collaboration with commissioners and teams within GGS, you will drive the operations, execution and administrative aspects of membership and volunteer engagement activities aligned to the strategic drivers & initiate processes and improvements towards streamlining operations, planning and administrative functions related to member and volunteer management.
This is an independent role and may require certain off office hours commitment in relation to event, activities that may fall in the evenings or weekends. You will report to Executive Director and Development and the respective membership and fund-raising lead/commissioners
**Duties & Responsibilities
**Membership**
**- Membership system, administration and events**
- The key function in the capacity includes Management of membership data and reports on a quarterly basis
- Development of a communications calendar and working with the communications team to ensure content & push out of communications Lead the operations and execution of all membership related events including Annual General Meeting, Award Ceremonies & any ad hoc events related to membership and volunteer
**- Membership growth, diversification and partnerships**
You will work with commissioners on awareness and engagement opportunities
- Suggest or recommend opportunities such as open houses etc.
- Partnership or collaboration opportunities Initiating alumni, members and volunteers engagement events/ activities at least twice a year

**- Membership management, activation and integration**
As a diverse organization, it is important to be able to integrate and in this aspect,
- You will support the Trefoil Guild and Open Units
The key is to be able to look at ways in which our various membership groups can collaborate & feel like they are part of the bigger GGS Community
**- GuidingLIGHT system management and operations**
You will collaborate with the Training, Programmes & Unit Development Department by managing the operational aspects of the Guiding Light portal which is a key member-facing digital platform which has the potential to be integrated with the membership system.
**Volunteer Engagement**
**- Volunteer framework, needs analysis and strategy planning**
**1. **Using the membership data, initiate / develop opportunities for volunteer recruitment and drive
2. Initiate at least two volunteer engagement events for recruitment, appreciation and feedback
3. Design and conduct a volunteer survey in order to facilitate recruitment drive
**- Volunteer orientation, training and recognition**
As volunteers are integral to the running of GGS, you will be responsible for / working in partnership with your commissioners and other teams within GGS towards
- Ensuring a proper onboarding and orientation of all volunteers
- Keeping the engagement of volunteers through a communications calendar Developing a programme of workshops and training for volunteers

These special projects will be on an ad-hoc basis and depending on needs and occasion of GGS.
**Role Requirements**:
- In-depth understanding of Girl Guides Singapore and its various stakeholders will be an advantage
- Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders very well
- Able to work efficiently, according to timelines and multi-task very well
- Event savvy with experience in running small to mid-sized events
- Able to communicate well with various stakeholders
- Must be proactive and resourceful
- Able to manage basic data analysis and dashboard reporting
- Able to put in place systems and structures for growth
- Able to work independently as well as in collaboration with others
