Accounts and Administrative Assistant

At OXEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the operation department, issuing delivery orders and service orders, arranging delivery and maintenance schedules, managing accounts receivable functions, and maintaining accounting department records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for operation department
- Issue delivery orders and service orders
- Arrange delivery and maintenance schedules
- Manage accounts receivable functions
- Maintain accounting department records
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate in accounting
- Minimum 1 year accounting and administrative experience
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner and positive thinking
- Initiative, hardworking and willing to learn
- Able to adapt in multi-tasking environment
- Able to work independently
