Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERSOLKELLY Singapore PTE LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including bookkeeping, data entry, and office management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process payments, invoices, and financial transactions
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and services
  • Arrange meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Assist expatriates and liaise with HQ in Japan
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative and accounting experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Japanese skill is an advantage
What We Offer
