Elevate Guest Experience as a Senior Hospitality Professional

In your role as a Guest Service Team Leader at UOL Claymore Investment Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the guest experience by driving impeccable service standards, managing inventory and equipment, and addressing guest feedback. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management
- Ensure that gym and pool areas are set up and maintained during operating hours.
- Guarantee proper maintenance of facilities and equipment at all times.
- Report and address any malfunctions or issues related to facilities and equipment.
- Guest Relations
- Maintain excellent relations with guests at all times.
- Stay informed about daily VIP movements and lobby requests.
- Team Leadership
- Assist the Lifestyle Manager in training and managing team members.
About You
We seek an experienced Guest Service Team Leader who can effectively lead our team. To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of relevant experience in hospitality management. Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and people management skills is essential. If you possess the required expertise and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 50,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
