Job DescriptionAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide flexible and responsive administrative support to the teams of our Executives, participate in projects and events, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Requirements- Diploma qualification and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar executive support role.
- Ability to be meticulous, independent, and adept at multitasking, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and computer literacy, proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, strong commitment to achieving results, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
