Key Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless customer experiences through effective management of client renewals, expansions, and cross-selling of self-storage services.
Foster strategic partnerships to drive sales for ancillary areas, promoting space utilization and Bizplus growth.
Collaborate with the investment team to identify opportunities for expanding Bizplus business.

Design and implement efficient operating procedures and house rules to streamline business operations, encompassing product standards and training materials.

Develop automated solutions for streamlined sales, service delivery, and customer management.
Establish regulatory compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant laws, government regulations, and building requirements.

Negotiate and maintain direct vendor relationships, optimizing procurement processes and cost controls.


Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in co-working, leasing, sales, community building, marketing, or business development.
Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Superior problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
