", "- Organize and maintain the Managing Director's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and preparing travel plans/agenda.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external use.
- Coordinate leadership retreats, luncheons, and town halls.
- Provide office administration and support services.
- Handle invoices from suppliers and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
", "- Degree in Business/Administration or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience or similar position with international companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expert written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly resourceful team player with ability to work independently.
