About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of market operations to ensure compliance with defined processes and drive a positive impact on the Digital Exchange and its participants.
- Support front and middle-to-back office operations to ensure compliance with defined processes and drive a positive impact on the Digital Exchange, Members and Market-Makers.
- Drive innovation and growth by ensuring integrity of business operations through day-to-day running of the digital business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
