
Compensation and Benefits Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of HR professionals in the Compensation and Benefits department, driving process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in compensation and benefits operations.
- Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Approve payroll reports to ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Develop and refine compensation and benefits policies, including salary structures and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as insurance and leave initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax reporting, and other statutory requirements.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits and Payroll.
- Proven leadership experience in managing payroll and Compensation and Benefits functions.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
