Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of HR professionals in the Compensation and Benefits department, driving process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in compensation and benefits operations.

  • Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Approve payroll reports to ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
  • Develop and refine compensation and benefits policies, including salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as insurance and leave initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax reporting, and other statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits and Payroll.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing payroll and Compensation and Benefits functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
