Process Engineer (Laser Bonding Specialist)


">Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with expertise in laser bonding technologies to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing laser-assisted bonding processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing equipment or semiconductor packaging processes. Familiarity with laser or optical systems is necessary, and experience with bonding equipment and analytical tools such as X-ray, SAM, OM, etc., is desirable.

As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve yield and quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of process parameters, recipes, and results for compliance and technology transfer.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in design and development of equipment's or semiconductor packaging or advanced interconnect processes.
  • Experience with Laser Assisted bonding technologies is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced process control and manufacturing best practices.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting, risk analysis, FMEA, and statistical analysis skills.
