Advanced Laser Bonding Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain advanced laser bonding processes for our packaging applications.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and refine laser-assisted bonding processes for product packaging, interconnects, or micro-assembly.
- Qualify new laser bonding processes from R&D to high-volume production.
- Specify, program, and fine-tune laser bonder equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot laser systems and bonding processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead initiatives to improve yield, cycle time, and efficiency using data-driven methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, recipes, standard operating procedures, and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, maintenance, and quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in design and development of equipment's or semiconductor packaging or advanced interconnect processes.
- Prior experience with Laser Assisted bonding technologies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced process control and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong understanding of laser bonding principles and applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications.
