Job Description

The Business Development Associate will support our expansion into new markets and partnerships. This role involves business development, sales support, and market analysis. Key responsibilities include building the sales pipeline, engaging clients, and closing deals with local and international partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and overseas.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, importers, and strategic partners.
  • Presentation, proposal, and quotation preparation tailored to client requirements.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to align client requirements with production capacity.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline management in CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience (B2B preferred). Fresh graduates with strong drive considered.
  • Strong communication skills for senior stakeholders presentations.
  • Comfortable with cross-border trade and international clients.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
