Job Description

We are seeking a senior leader to drive high-impact projects across Asia, influencing strategic business decisions at a regional level.

This role offers the opportunity to lead geotechnical tender strategy across Asia for a leading consultancy, shaping the company's footprint in high-profile infrastructure, marine, and civil projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tendering strategy for geotechnical projects across Asia.
  • Lead and mentor regional tender teams to deliver high-quality, commercially competitive proposals.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and approval of technical and commercial submissions.
  • Foster strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities in key markets.
  • Maintain market awareness, competitor activity, and project pipelines to inform regional strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Civil/Geotechnical/Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive senior-level experience in tendering, business development, or project leadership in geotechnical or civil engineering.
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams across multiple countries.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable traveling within the Asia region.
