Responsibilities
- Drive tendering strategy and execution for geotechnical projects across Asia.
- Lead and mentor regional tender teams to deliver high-quality, commercially competitive proposals.
- Oversee preparation, review, and approval of technical and commercial submissions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities in key markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to inform regional strategy.
- Partner with senior management to shape business growth, profitability, and market positioning.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / Structural Engineering or related field.
- Extensive senior-level experience in tendering, business development, or project leadership in geotechnical or civil engineering.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple countries.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable traveling within the Asia region.
