Lead Geotechnical Tender Strategy Across Asia

Responsibilities

  • Drive tendering strategy and execution for geotechnical projects across Asia.
  • Lead and mentor regional tender teams to deliver high-quality, commercially competitive proposals.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and approval of technical and commercial submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities in key markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to inform regional strategy.
  • Partner with senior management to shape business growth, profitability, and market positioning.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive senior-level experience in tendering, business development, or project leadership in geotechnical or civil engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple countries.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable traveling within the Asia region.
