Conservation Partnerships Specialist

Mandai Nature seeks an experienced and strategic Conservation Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in advancing our conservation mission by securing and stewarding financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of designing and executing effective fundraising campaigns, building and maintaining dynamic donor pipelines, and analyzing fundraising data to inform strategies.

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Develop and execute tailored cultivation strategies to enhance donor engagement opportunities.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, including digital, corporate, and major gift campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign delivery, from creative development to post-campaign reporting.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making recommendations for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations in a nonprofit organization.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing fundraising campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for conservation and biodiversity. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
