Conservation Partnership Specialist

The role of the Conservation Partnership Specialist is to secure and steward financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners to advance our conservation mission.

  • Research and qualify potential donors.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic donor pipeline to support fundraising targets and organisational growth.
  • Track donor engagement opportunities and develop tailored cultivation strategies.
  • Design and execute effective fundraising campaigns.
  • Craft persuasive donor proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Prepare donor briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Support stewardship efforts to ensure donors are engaged, appreciated, and informed about the impact of their contributions.
  • Coordinate donor recognition efforts and support high-level donor engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations in a nonprofit organisation.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing fundraising campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
  • Experience in organising and managing donor events.
  • Proficiency in donor CRM systems with strong analytical skills.
