Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our conservation mission by securing and stewarding financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include donor research and pipeline development, identifying, researching, and qualifying potential donors. You will build and maintain a dynamic donor pipeline to support fundraising targets and organisational growth. Additionally, you will track donor engagement opportunities and develop tailored cultivation strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. You will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations in a nonprofit organisation
* Proven experience in designing and executing fundraising campaigns
* Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports
* Experience in organising and managing donor events
* Proficiency in donor CRM system with strong analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams
