Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in advancing our conservation mission by securing financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.

The Partnerships Manager will oversee donor events, manage donor information systems, analyse fundraising data, and drive the development of a robust donor pipeline.

This position requires strong research skills, relationship management, and the ability to design and execute effective fundraising campaigns.

  • Donor Research and Pipeline Development
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic donor pipeline to support fundraising targets and organisational growth.
  • Track donor engagement opportunities and develop tailored cultivation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations in a nonprofit organisation.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing fundraising campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
  • Experience in organising and managing donor events.
  • Proficiency in donor CRM system with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams.
  • Highly organised, detailed-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help other team members.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a passion for conservation and biodiversity, with a commitment to making a measurable impact.
