About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager with a focus on data insights. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business results.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

  • Provide exceptional support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline, with a strong foundation in human resources principles and practices.

  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) an asset.
