Human Resources Insights Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Insights Analyst to join our team at ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and human resources, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze employee data across various HR systems to provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports to answer key questions.
- Leverage statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify workforce trends and forecast future talent needs.
- Collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand their needs on data-driven insights.
- Address strategic HR needs through people analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in People Analytics to enhance HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in people analytics, including predictive analytics that supports HR metrics and strategic initiatives.
- Previous experience in creating and managing dashboards and visual representations of data via data visualization tools and/or HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
