Clinical Genomics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Genomics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting genomic alterations in clinical contexts and reporting results accurately and timely.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of molecular techniques, genetics, and NGS applications. Prior experience in research or clinical settings, particularly in cancer biology or genetics, is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret genomic data in patient- and treatment-specific contexts following established procedures.
  • Work closely with the Medical Data Science team to curate and maintain databases.
  • Write, maintain, and update workflows and protocols for clinical reporting pipeline.
  • Participate in research-oriented projects for clinical validation of tests.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with molecular techniques, genetics, and NGS applications.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, adaptability, and interest in learning.
