Genomics Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our NGS data analysis efforts, including single-cell analyses.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to analyze and interpret large-scale genomic data, identifying key insights to drive scientific discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experts to design studies and develop analytical pipelines using Python/R and shell/bash scripting within Linux/Unix environments.
  • Analyze and interpret genomic and NGS data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Communicate experimental designs and results to both experts and non-experts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of results, ensuring high-quality data analysis and interpretation.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in the analysis and interpretation of genomic and NGS data, with expertise in Python/R and shell/bash scripting within Linux/Unix environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and strong reasoning abilities.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
