Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled machine learning engineer with expertise in developing and deploying AI models for genomics data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing robust deep learning models, data processing pipelines, and automated testing systems.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deploy AI models for genomics applications using Python and relevant libraries.
  • Design and implement data processing pipelines for large-scale genomics datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing applications.
  • P presents technical findings and progress updates to team members and partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Proficient in Python and relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
  • Experience with basic ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
